The Academic Resource Center

The Academic Resource Center, familiarly known as "the ARC," is available to all Tabor students who would like to develop or refine the skills and strategies necessary for academic success. Located on the second floor of the Hayden Library, the ARC is open during the academic day whenever classes are in session. Individualized instruction and support are offered in the areas of organization, time management, reading comprehension, note taking, test taking, proofreading, and basic writing and math skills. Visitors to the ARC include students of all ability levels who would like to improve their academic performance. While some students utilize the ARC on a regularly scheduled basis, others prefer to come only when specific help is needed, and drop-ins are always welcome. There are no fees for any ARC services.
