Andrew McCain graduated from Tabor in 1984, returned in 1996, and has been the Director of Admissions since 1997. He and Mary Kate and their four children live in Spring Street dormitory. Over the course of sixteen years working in boarding schools he has been a Dean of Students, a Residential Dean, a Freshman Dean, and helped coach lacrosse.

Wiley Wakeman graduated from Tabor in 1968. He returned to teach Mechanical Drawing and Naval Science from 1973-1984. After a break from teaching he returned to Tabor in 1996 as an Associate Director of Admissions. In the spring season he coaches crew. He and his wife Michele are dorm parents in Bushnell House where they live with their three children, one of whom graduated from Tabor in 2006 and currently attends Hobart & William Smith Colleges.

Kelli McSweeny came to Tabor in 1990 to teach Russian. In her seventeen years here, she has also taught English, coached girls' cross country and track, been the Director of Student Activities, and seen both of her children graduate from Tabor. Ms. McSweeny continues to serve as a freshman girls' dorm parent and advisor.

Eric Long is new to Tabor for the 2007-2008 school year. He has worked in the Kimball Union Admissions Office for a number of years before coming to Tabor. Eric and his wife Nicole live in the dormitory with their three children. Eric will be busy coaching women’s ice hockey in the winter.

Nita Howland came to Tabor in 1990 with her husband, Mark, and their children. She was a dorm parent in both Hitchcock and Dexter, and she managed the Tabor Shop for six years before joining the Admissions staff. Both of her children graduated from Tabor.

Leslie Geil was hired as Director of Student Activities from 1986-1996. After a year and a half as Associate Director of the Tabor Academy Summer Program, she became part of the Admissions Staff as Office Manager. She has two sons, one who graduated in 2007, and one who will graduate with the class of 2010.
