About the Team

The Girls' Soccer team recorded a final record of 6-7-3. With early injuries to key players and several changes taking place within the program this year, the girls understandably had a slow start to the season with an early loss to Class B finalist Thayer, followed by heartbreaking losses against Milton and Andover. Everyone found themselves saying how exciting it was to watch us play, while asking the question when the girls would finally break through and show the potential we knew we had. After a tough first half of the season, the breakthrough came with a great home victory over Winsor and continued with a run of five straight games against Cushing, Pomfret, Dana Hall and Exeter. While there were still tough games ahead against Worcester, Middlesex and Holderness, the girls finished the second half of the season with style and passion.
