Coaches:
Paul White
Arriving at Tabor in 1974, Paul White has been a valuable memeber of the Tabor football program for over 20 years. A tough competitor who likes to win, Coach White has also coached ice hockey and baseball here at the academy. Currently Tabor's Business Manager, Mr. White has worn many hats at Tabor including math department chairman, college admissions director, and summer program director as well as mathematics teacher and dorm parent.
Joe Doggett
Joe Doggett has been a part of the Tabor football program every season since his arrival the Academy in 1982. He served for fifteen years as varsity assistant coach (working with receivers, defensive backs and linemen) and for the past ten years has enjoyed working with Paul White in the JV program as offensive and defensive line coach. Joe also served for twenty years as Tabor’s JV wrestling coach and was also the JV baseball coach during the 1990’s. Off the field, Joe serves as Tabor’s Director of Studies and Assistant to the Headmaster. He lives on campus in Makepeace Dormitory and teaches in the science department.
Conan Leary
Coach Leary, a graduate of Tabor Academy (’97), returned to the School by the Sea in 2006 as a teacher of history and economics. While attending Tabor, Leary played football, wrestling, and lacrosse. He continued as a stand-out athlete, playing all three sports at Williams College. Leary began his teaching and coaching at secondary school level in 2001 and looks forward to keeping the Seawolves athletic programs strong.
