Coaches:
Bill Hrasky
Bill Hrasky has been the Head Football Coach since the 2002 season. This is his second stint as a head coach, as he was the Head Coach at Cheshire Academy from 1995 - 1997. Bill comes from a coaching family as his father was a Football coach for 30 years at Pomfret School, Noble and Greenough School and finally at Groton School. Coach Hrasky played his college football at Denison University after his high school playing days at Nobles and Groton. At Tabor, Bill has been the Special Teams Coordinator (1997 - 1999) and the Defensive Coordinator (2000 - 2001) before taking over the program. Off the field Bill teaches in the Math Department. You can contact Coach Hrasky at whrasky@taboracademy.org

About the Team

The Seawolves struggled through a winless season as the lack of experience was demonstrated on a weekly basis. As the season wore on though the improvement was obvious and tangible. The Seawolves culminated the fall with a stirring effort against a very good Cheshire Academy team by holding the Cats scoreless until the final three minutes of the first half. Then, once again, the youthfulness of the team came to the fore as a kick-off went unrecovered and Cheshire was able to tack on an additional score going into halftime. However, with only 8 seniors graduating, there are high hopes for the years ahead. The light at the end of the tunnel is bright and close.
